Every EXPERT was once a BEGINNER. Every PRO was once an AMATEUR. We all start at the beginning, but only the one who never stops learning becomes an expert, one day. So today, Prof. O has a beginner's lesson to teach you how to become an expert photographer using OPPO's Expert Mode. Let's get into it and learn how!
Expert/ Pro Mode
On your OPPO phone, open the Camera app, tap the Menu icon to explore camera modes, and tap EXPERT.
-
For ColorOS 7.0 and above devices: Swipe left from the PHOTO mode to MORE and choose EXPERT/PRO. You can now manually adjust the option. Tap each option and slide left or right until you reach the desired adjustment.
Expert/Pro Mode Settings:
Sensitivity (ISO):
The lower the ISO, the smoother the photo will be. The higher the ISO, the louder the random background noise will become and the more distracting the quality will be.
Shutter Speed (S):
The shutter speed determines how long the sensor is exposed to light. You need to increase the shutter speed if you take a photo of a moving object.
White Balance (WB):
White balance is closely related to color temperature. Under different lighting conditions, different color casts could be created.
Focus (AF/MF):
Adjust focusing on making photos sharper. Choose to either focus on an object with a blurred background or focus on a background with blurred objects.
Exposure Value (EV):
Once exposure compensation is on, the camera will automatically come up with a suitable parameter for exposure compensation, making the photos brighter or dimmer.
Tap the Auto or the (A) icon on the right side of the shutter to switch back the parameter value between automatic and manual.
When you're ready to shoot, tap the shutter button and take pictures like an expert!
